JUNE 21 2018 – Our covered vessel Marauder IV was out in the strong winds today. It is perfect for a comfortable ride even in rougher sea conditions something our passengers on board today could enjoy to the fullest! In the morning we had J39 “Mako” member of J-pod in the southern resident killer whales, traveling next to our boat and breaching several times! In the afternoon we headed over to the San Juan Island to see more J-pod whales. J22 “Oreo” and her teenage son J38 “Cookie” was seen together. Awesome day out at sea with southern resident killer whales.
