What does a retired Marine Biologist turned Whale Watcher do on his day off? Jim Cosgrove, our senior Biologist, goes whale watching! Today he hopped a ride on Marauder IV and as she headed off to contact one of our Resident Orca pods we had the great fortune to find a female Humpback Whale and her 2 year old calf. The calf breached continuously for over half an hour providing outstanding photo opportunities and breathtaking displays. Later we did find the Orcas of J-pod for a double creature feature!
