Full time and part time opportunities from April – October
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Sell whale watching tours in person, over the phone and online.
- Accurately and clearly record reservation details.
- Manage passenger and tour check-ins.
- Conduct professional sales visits to local tourism outlets, hotels and businesses.
- Demonstrate proven sales abilities and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Exhibit excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
