MAY 8 2017 – Killer whales and two big humpback whales, today was excellent! We went west today and in the area around Race Rocks we got to see both killer whales and humpback whales. It was one pod of 6 transient killer whales and they had just made a kill in the afternoon when we caught up with them. The humpbacks showed themselves well and fluking high when going for deeper dives. We also got to see sea lions, seals and elephant seals.
