FEB 23 2017 – A great day out on the water today.  Not only did our guests enjoy sunshine and flat seas but they also had an unbelievable time watching Killer Whales!

Today about 5 or 6 different pods of Transient Killer Whales were seen between Victoria and Vancouver.  Captain Ian led the group to a quiet spot near Saltspring Island to enjoy some time with a group of about 8 Transients.  They were spyhopping, breaching and hunting.  It was a spectacular show for a tour in February.  Our guests were chilly on their return but they had smiles from ear to ear!
