Nov 12 2015 – What a crazy day! It seemed like it was the storm of the season, as no boats went out at all. But while the wind and rain howled away and keeping us land-bound, the bad weather certainly didn’t affect the marine animals that live their lives in wild ocean. They have to deal with intense wind and waves on a daily basis! There are still tons of humpback whales out there, with reports of at least 3 or 4 of them near Race Rocks, which is very exciting despite us not being able to get out there! Hopefully the weather improves tomorrow so we can go find those animals! In the meantime, you can check out the area around Race Rocks without leaving the comfort (and warmth!) of your own home: check out the webcam that is on Race Rocks!

You can even take control of it and move it around yourself! Let us know if you see any whales!
