February 12th 2018 – Our Zodiac full of adventurers set out on a beautiful clear sunny day, with fantastic views of the Olympic Mountains in Washington and snow covered Mount Baker. After an exhilarating, if chilly, ride out into the Strait of Juan de Fuca, we were lucky enough to encounter a pair of humpback whales travelling together! After spending some time admiring them, there was still time to swing by Race Rocks to see California Sealions and Harbour seals hauled out on the rocks enjoying the sun. We were also joined by a Bald Eagle at the lighthouse. A great day on the water.
