AUGUST 16 2018- The haze from the forest fires occurring on mainland British Columbia finally lifted slightly today! So, spirits were high as our boats headed towards the direction of Race Rocks Ecological Reserve.

After a short travel time our boats caught up with a beautiful Humpback whale that was feeding. Lots of viewings were had of the gorgeous flukes!

From there, tours made a stop at Race Rocks to check out the Harbour Seals, Californian Sea Lions, and Steller Sea Lions basking on rocks and playing in the surrounding waters. A great day spent out on the water.
