AUGUST 20 2018- Hazy day out on the water due to smoke blowing our direction from internal BC forest fires. This provided a unique and almost eerie viewing experience for passengers aboard our tours. All of which saw beautiful Humpback Whales today!
Conditions were wonderful while on scene with the Humpbacks, flat calm seas. Lots of viewings of the beautiful Humpback flukes.
Before heading back to Victoria, tours stopped at Race Rocks Ecological Reserve where passengers got to see California Sea Lions, Steller Sea Lions, and even cute ‘Harry Otter’ the local resident Sea Otter.
