Tuesday Nov 6 2018 – Another super day on the water. Today we spent lots of time with one of the fastest cetaceans in the Ocean – the Dall’s Porpoise. Reaching speeds of up to 55 km/h these awesome animals love to bow and wake ride in the waves of Zodiacs. And that is exactly what they did for us today. Captain Ian spotted the pod in the distance and when he approached slowly they came right to us and proceeded to ride the waves all around the boat. Our guests were so excited. But that wasn’t all. Today we also found 3 different Humpback Whales showing off their tail flukes and scores of Seals & Sea Lions at Race Rocks Ecological Reserve.
