APRIL 11 2017 – Today we extended our trip and headed north to spend time with a huge Humpback Whale known as Big Momma! It was a long trip but it was totally worth it. Our guests got some beautiful views of the large female Humpback Whale local whale watchers have nicknamed “Big Momma”.
Not only did we see the Humpback Whale but on the way back we also saw some Harbour Seals, deer and sheep on the shoreline. It was a beautiful day out there and the rain stayed away. Whale Watching season officially starts on Saturday but luckily the Whales have decided to show up long before that!
