This is the best time of the year. There are many impressive humpback whales to be seen just a short boat ride from Victoria. We were also in the right place at the right time when one decided to breach, jump, and cartwheel repeatedly! There really is no better sight.
There were many humpbacks out there. Including a group of three with calf. There were also seals, sea lions and some very quick porpoise. An amazing afternoon.
