AUGUST 11 2017 – The Bigg’s transient orcas from yesterday was back outside of Victoria this morning. We picked them up around the Chain Islands in the morning and they continued traveling west close to shore the whole day! This encounter was truly amazing and us in the crew will remember today, seeing orcas cruising through the coastline is a must see!
The families seen were T10’s and T60’s altogether 7 individuals. T10 and her son T10C. The T60’s are mother T60 and her 4 offsprings T60C, T60D, T60E, T60F.
