MAY 29 2017 – Bigg’s killer whales was seen today in the afternoon. It was a rather large family group of 6-7 individuals, with one big male. The wind and the swells were quite rough today so both us and the orcas enjoyed surfing the waves. On our way back we stopped by Trial island and saw a few harbor seals resting on the rocks. Wind, sunshine and killer whales, we can’t wait to get out there again!
