Payment & Fraud Prevention Policy

For your security and to help prevent fraudulent transactions, SpringTide requires that the credit card used for booking be physically presented at check-in, along with valid government-issued photo identification.

If the original card is not presented, payment for the full ticket value may be processed using an alternate Visa, MasterCard, debit card, or cash. Once processed, your original deposit will be refunded to the card used at the time of booking.
